Es Burotell is on the west side of Sierra de Tramuntana (Tramuntana mountain range), between the locations of Calvià and Puigpunyent, and 9.3 miles (15 km) from Palma de Majorca and the beaches of Calvià.

The property is 1 mi2 (260 ha), with over 12,916 ft2 (1.200 m2) constructed on it and it follows the typical characteristics of Majorca’s large rural buildings. All the buildings are adapted for their didactic and leisure use.
